Science Lab Assistant #Woodlands

Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 2:30 pm

Key Roles

• Liaise with teachers on logistics for practical/performance tasks.

• Prepare, set up, and break down lab practicals and experiments.

• Clean equipment, glassware, and work areas; report breakages.

• Test equipment before lessons.

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of labs, stores, and prep areas.

• Maintain stock records and equipment lists.

• Conduct monthly stock-takes and inform HOD of low supplies.

• Track materials borrowed by teachers and students.

• Assist teachers in supervising practicals when needed.

• Prepare setups for programmes (E2K, competitions, etc.).

• Prepare teaching resources (e.g., SPARKLE Kits).

• Assist in Diversity Garden for lessons and CCA activities.

• Perform other administrative matters as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably GCE 'O' Level.

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
