Programme Manager, Research & Strategic Projects

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor research projects, ensuring quality delivery and timely completion.
• Coordinate research operations, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate collaboration between researchers, institutions, and other partners.
• Track budgets, procurement processes, and vendor engagements.
• Prepare project updates, reports, briefing materials, and presentations.
• Support the translation of research findings into practical recommendations and resources.
• Contribute to programme evaluation, capability development, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Social Sciences, Research, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of research or project management experience; academic research experience will be considered.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Skills (will be advantageous)

• Experience in research methods, programme evaluation, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Python, or Excel.
• Interest in education, technology, research, or innovation.
