Manage Data Centre availability, uptime, and physical access control.
Oversee Data Centre space, power, rack, and IT asset inventories.
Coordinate structured cabling, infrastructure installations, and retrofitting projects.
Monitor Data Centre operations, respond to incidents, and support maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational standards.
Prepare capacity and utilization reports for racks and cabling infrastructure.
Provide 24x7 standby support and travel to Data Centre sites when required.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3 to 6 years of experience in Data Centre Operations or Infrastructure Support.

Strong knowledge of Data Centre infrastructure, servers, storage, and networking.
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, and change control.
Knowledge of structured cabling, security compliance, and maintenance processes.
Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) preferred.
Willingness to support after-hours, on-call, and weekend activities.
