Finance Executive (Open to fresh grads)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, ensuring timely month-end closing and reporting in line with Group deadlines.
• Oversee billing and invoicing for Singapore and regional projects based on project milestones.
• Manage payments, monitor billing schedules, and track work-in-progress (WIP).
• Maintain fixed asset records, including depreciation and asset verification.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors, banks, company secretary, and tax agents.
• Perform ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Partial ACCA in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with A2000 Solutions and knowledge of regional tax regulations is an advantage.
• Meticulous, responsible, and well-organized with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
