Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in driving business growth and overseeing daily operations with effective team management and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and operational excellence
• Lead daily management across departments to ensure efficient workflows and high performance
• Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals to enhance business outcomes
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, fostering clear communication and accountability
• Monitor operational metrics and initiate improvements to optimize performance
• Represent the company in internal and external meetings to support business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 2 to 8 years of management experience in similar roles
• Demonstrated leadership by guiding teams to achieve targets and resolve challenges
• Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and teams
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills
• Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication; additional languages are advantageous
