- Supervise Subcontractors in the provisions of maintenance services and vendors in the delivery of equipment.
- Assist in implementing the quality maintenance program and complying with government/statutory regulations (i.e. conducting regular audits of building and systems);
- Assist in managing minor projects or improvement works or repair & replacement (R&R) works and supervise the works.
- Prepare and justify for variation of works; and
- Ensure that works are completed on time and as per contract requirements.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management or client.
- Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year' s relevant experience in property management environment.
- CFMC Tier 4 certification preferred
