Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in building construction firm.
PC Literate (MS word / Excel).
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Experience in Cubicost 5D BIM Cost (Gloden) will be an advantage.
Preferably with main-con experience on private residential projects.

Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.
Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers or project’s team.
Attend meetings - Site meeting/visit, Tender interview.
Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison.
Evaluate Main Contract/ Sub-Contract works.
Tendering and project documents administration.
