Lead Environmental Laboratory Operations | Laboratory Manager (Environmental Chemistry) | Up to $7,000

Position: Laboratory Manager (Environmental Chemistry)

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure timely sample processing and testing.
  • Lead and supervise laboratory staff, testing activities, and equipment scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS requirements, quality standards, company policies, and EHS regulations.
  • Support internal and external audits, implement CAPA, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Review, update, and maintain SOPs, laboratory documentation, and testing methods.
  • Ensure efficient laboratory workflow while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across laboratory processes.
