Beauty Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Beautician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional beauty treatments and ensuring excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments, skincare treatments, and beauty services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and products.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Assist in promoting beauty packages and retail products.
• Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Keep up to date with beauty treatment techniques and industry developments.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary/Secondary education or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in beauty, facial, or skincare treatments preferred.
• Knowledge of beauty products and skincare treatments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
