Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily construction activities to ensure project progress.
Review construction drawings, specifications, and method statements before execution.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare work schedules and monitor project timelines to meet completion targets.
Inspect construction works and resolve technical issues at the site.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.
Conduct site inspections and maintain daily progress reports.
Coordinate site activities to minimize delays and improve productivity.
Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and statutory regulations.
Attend site meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
Monitor material usage and control construction costs.
Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Assist in project planning, documentation, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
