Job Summary

Support construction projects by managing procurement, budgeting, contract documentation, and collaborating with project managers to ensure timely completion within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for assigned construction projects, including tender preparation and follow-up to secure necessary materials and services
• Prepare and forecast costs for materials by creating purchase orders, price estimates, and budgets to control project expenses
• Develop tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities, and other essential project documentation to support project execution
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to process progress payments and issue payment certificates accurately and timely
• Assist in project handover activities to ensure smooth completion and transition of construction projects
• Work independently with confidence to meet project deadlines and financial targets
