Job Description & Requirements

Project Engineers ACMV x 1

Good knowledge of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.

Able to size FCUs, Flow meter, MV fans
Manage Shop drawing approval, material submission approval
Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to p ick up variation orders during project phase.
Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
Coordination with various parties.

Requirement

Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.
