We are hiring a Campus Recruiter to be outsourced to our client.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of structured internship programmes.
  • Assist with end-to-end internship management, including sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management.
  • Support the planning and execution of campus engagement initiatives for current and prospective interns.
  • Assist in organising campus outreach events, building alumni networks, and exploring collaborations with other business units.
  • Contribute to projects such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and talent intelligence initiatives.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Min 1 year of HR experience.
  • Experience in recruitment or campus recruitment is an added advantage.

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Salary: Up to $4,200
  • Contract Period: 1 year
