Customer Service Executive (Pest Control)

$2,800 - $3,500

Aljunied

8:30am - 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1pm (Alt Sat)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Follow up on company-provided enquiries and warm leads
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable pest control solutions
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on customer enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service updates
  • Conduct occasional site visits for inspections and customer follow-up

Requirements

  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to build strong customer relationships
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • No experience required; training will be provided
  • No cold calling or new customer sourcing required
