• Perform data maintenance with accuracy.

• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain additional information where required to ensure customers’ information are updated accurately.

• Ensure standard operating procedures are adhered during processing.

• Ad hoc assignment by Team Lead from time to time.

• Support service improvement initiatives when required.
