Core Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Operations, R&D and regional business teams across Europe & UK to support business performance and strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and analyse financial and operational KPIs, including monthly variance analysis and expense performance.

• Provide insights on business performance, cost control and profitability, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

• Evaluate and improve business processes, working with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

• Perform risk and internal control assessments, monitor corrective action plans and support compliance initiatives.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to enhance business processes and support regional business objectives.

• Support ad hoc finance and business projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.

• Hands-on experience partnering with Sales and Operations to support commercial decision-making.

• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

• Experience in business process improvement, internal controls and risk management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience in manufacturing, export trading or supply chain environments is highly preferred.

• Comfortable supporting regional business operations and travelling to Europe approximately 50% of the time.
