Primary responsibilities:

Develop strategic partnerships with enterprises, universities, training providers and government-linked organisations in Mainland China.
Identify new business opportunities for AI, digital transformation and corporate training programmes.
Build and manage a network of corporate clients across China.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade missions and business networking events.
Conduct market research on China's training and AI sectors.
Negotiate collaboration agreements and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate localisation of programmes for the China market.
Work with the Singapore management team to execute the company's regional expansion strategy.
Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports and business development plans.
Achieve regional sales and partnership KPIs.
