Bunker Operations Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bunker Operations Executive to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily bunker deliveries, ensuring smooth vessel operations, and liaising with customers, suppliers, surveyors, and relevant authorities to ensure efficient and compliant bunker supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily bunker delivery schedules and vessel nominations.
• Liaise with customers, bunker barges, surveyors, agents, terminals, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of deliveries.
• Monitor vessel movements, ETA/ETD, and operational progress.
• Prepare and verify operational documents, including BDNs, delivery instructions, and voyage reports.
• Coordinate with bunker craft operators, port authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor cargo quantities, product availability, and delivery performance.
• Handle operational issues, delays, and customer enquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with MPA regulations, SS648 requirements, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Support claims handling, documentation, and post-delivery reconciliations.
• Work closely with the trading, commercial, and marine teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Participate in after-office hours duty rotation when required.
