The Guided Systems Division focuses on the development of complex guided systems that require multi-disciplinary knowledge in navigation and control, guidance, aerodynamics, electrical, software and mechanical engineering.

Propulsion Engineer

In this role, you will:

Be responsible and support Research & Development of propulsion subsystems by evaluating and interpretation of technical problems and proposes/develops effective approaches, test and evaluation solutions to resolving those issues.

To perform hardware design, analysis and built, in developing propulsion subsytems and high performance components, including fluid components, tanks/pressure vessels, and/or fluid systems for airborne application.

To involve in hardware integration, test & instrumentation setup preparation, conduct of testings, post-test analysis and documentation tasks.

On job training and guidance will be provided.

Degree / Master / PHD in Aerodynamics, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

Basic knowledge in CAD and use of CAD for design modelling work and generation of technical drawings

Good data analytical skills to identify abnormality in data and identify the cause (s).

Good knowledge in fluid dynamics, thermodynamic and heat transfer are essential

Self-motivated in exploring / venturing into new technology areas required by the organization

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential

Ability to do hand-on jobs are essential

Work efficiently to complete work to meet tight project schedule
