*ENTRY LEVEL* Data Governance/ Risk Management, Senior Executive (Healthcare) #HCG

Job Responsibilities

• Support the organisation's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), particularly in the handling of patients' personal and medical information.
• Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in implementing and maintaining data protection policies, processes and compliance initiatives.
• Support internal audits and external reviews related to data protection and governance.
• Coordinate and manage assigned data breach incidents, including investigation, documentation, root cause analysis and reporting.
• Collect, analyse and prepare reports, presentations and performance dashboards.
• Support data protection awareness programmes and staff education initiatives.
• Assist in risk profiling activities and the implementation of risk management systems.
• Provide administrative and financial support for departmental operations.
• Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) and Head of Department (HOD).

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Knowledge of PDPA, data protection, risk management or audit during internship will be an advantage.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
