Associate Maintenance Engineer (Pharma/ Contract)

12-Months Contract

Salary: Up to 5,000 depending on experience

Our client , a leading multinational biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and manufacturing innovative medicines, is currently looking for an Associate Maintenance Engineer to join their team

Primary Function

To provide technical and documentation support to Senior Engineers and the Maintenance Lead by assisting with work order reviews, Service Request creation, CMMS data management, site verifications, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate maintenance records and effective execution of maintenance-related activities

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical documentation support to Maintenance Team in compliance with GMP.
    • Review work orders and support Service Request (SR) creation, including offline verification as required.
    • Support the setup, modification, and removal/addition of job plans, inventory, and assets in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
    • Consolidate data and trend information from the CMMS as directed by the Maintenance Engineer or Lead.
    • Coordinate with vendors to collect data and information needed for related documentation support.
    • Conduct basic site verifications to gather data and information for documentation support.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in standard Microsoft Office, SAP and Maximo to support documentation activities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Quality and Manufacturing, to support the GMP documentation for maintenance.
      • Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Engineers / Manager

    Requirements

    • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with 2 years or a diploma in mechanical engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Biotech/ chemical / Oil & Gas industries with a basic knowledge of cGMP.
