Customer Service Executive (Call Centre Agent)

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client interactions align with high standards of a premium experience. The role involves managing inquiries and administrative tasks to support the customer service team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive client experience.

• Manage and respond to all incoming phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries promptly.

• Oversee scheduling for the Customer Service Technical Team.

• Handle duties related to the Care Centre, including managing vacuum cleaner appointments and maintaining inventory.

• Generate and process service reports and quotations.

• Follow up on all pending service jobs to ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct general administrative tasks, such as managing stationery orders and coordinating courier services for various departments.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a call centre environment is necessary.

• Strong verbal communication skills for clear phone interactions.

• Proficient written communication for emails and chat support.

• Exceptional listening skills to accurately understand customer issues.

• Calm demeanor when handling customer complaints, with the ability to provide effective solutions.

• Professional and friendly communication style, even in challenging situations.

• Basic computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Willingness to learn internal software and service tools.
