[Role Summary]

In this role, you are NOT a sales hunter. 100% of your agenda-briefed customer appointments are fully provided at our office. You will step into a warm pipeline with direct guidance from high-income seniors who will assist you with the closing workflow while you learn, gaining confidence and paving your way to a five-figure income.

[Remuneration & Benefits]

• Salary: $3,000 / month (Excluding commissions).
• High Active Commissions: Realistically fetch a total monthly income of $8,000 to $10,000. (It is common for new personnel without experience to hit these numbers early on).

[Key Responsibilities]

• Conduct structured, one-to-one branding awareness and advisory presentations for B2B/B2C marketing campaigns.
• Meet clients on an office-appointment basis to present, share, and update them on our latest B2B Business Advisory Services and B2C Investment Products.
• Maintain, nurture, and grow relationships with existing client accounts to ensure long-term retention.
• Collaborate closely with senior consultants to execute successful campaign workflows.

• No experience required: Comprehensive training and senior closing assistance are provided. We focus entirely on a good working attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for interacting and communicating with people.
• High coachability, drive, and professional discipline.
