Customer Contact Centre Advisor

Join our team as a Customer Contact Centre Advisor, where you will enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and representing our brand effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through various channels such as phone and email.

• Process bookings and deliver accurate information regarding products, services, shipment status, transit times, customs requirements, and pricing.

• Provide professional and empathetic service by addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving issues.

• Take ownership of customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products and solutions to enhance their experience.

• Work closely with Operations and other departments to uphold service excellence and improve customer satisfaction.

• Gather customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing processes, systems, and service delivery.

• Comply with customer service standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level certification or equivalent.

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in a Call Centre or Telesales environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
