Senior Associate/AVP - Relationship Manager, Liabilities, North Asia, SME Banking

Responsibilities

The candidate will function as a Corporate RM, and will be responsible for

• Acquire and develop new customer relationships (including foreign incorporated entities) directly or through intermediaries;

• Proactive management and monitoring of customer accounts to achieve optimum business and profitability;

• Identify new business opportunities, understand customers’ needs, evaluate risks and structure deals that meet the requirements of both customer and Bank;

• Work with product, operating, & other segments of the Bank to provide prompt and efficient customer service

• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including performing customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews.

• Research and analysis of various Money Service Business and Payment Service Providers locally and globally;

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with >6 year of relevant SME banking experience

• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen.

• For this particular role, specific focus will be to cover the North Asia market. One is expected to have established network of clients or relevant experience covering this region.

• Candidate should also come with strong AML/KYC experience in Money Service Businesses

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & communicate accurately and effectively.

• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, Energetic and a good team player.
