Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role, you will remotely operate and monitor multiple process plants from Linde's Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in Malaysia, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations on a 12-hour shift rotation.
• Furthermore, you will monitor plant performance, track key operational KPIs, respond to process upsets, and perform troubleshooting to maintain operational stability and production targets.
• Operational excellence and continuous improvement will be a key part of your role, including supporting plant optimization initiatives, productivity projects, and root cause analysis activities.
• Additionally, you will coordinate closely with site operations, engineering, and support teams to execute plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational mode changes in accordance with established procedures.
• You will maintain accurate operational records, manage alarms and escalation processes, and ensure compliance with Linde's safety standards, operating procedures, and best practices.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• To succeed in this role, you hold a Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university.
• Furthermore, you will have 0–2 years of experience in industrial gas plant operations or a related industry.
• Additionally, you possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
