Your tasks

• Provide regional product support including Technical Support Hotline, customer visits and regional training
• Participate in demos, trials and trade shows where necessary
• Conduct maintenance and user training where necessary
• Support site repair where necessary
• Able to operate basic spectrum monitoring and analysis products in field condition
• Working with local sales to fulfill customer requirement on field operation for projects
• Management of spares parts depot to support regional installations

Your qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Science, Engineering or relevant field of studies
• Background in electronic engineering is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience working in security related industry i.e. critical infrastructure security, homeland security
• Experience in project management is an added advantage
• Prior leadership experience with the ability to lead a small team
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong team player who is also able to work independently
• Able to travel within short notice
• Able to work on weekends / holidays as scheduled
