GRO / Cashier

Responsibilities

· Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.

· Manage table reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.

· Process customer payments accurately and handle billing transactions when required.

· Respond to guest enquiries and provide timely assistance with professionalism.

· Coordinate guest seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements

· Basic numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

· Good communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

· Prior experience in the hotel or F&B industry is preferred.

· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
