Sales Engineer (Logistics/ Warehouse Automation)

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore.

• Prospect and engage new customers to expand the business.

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Solution Selling

• Understand customers' operational requirements and business challenges.

• Recommend suitable warehouse automation and intralogistics solutions.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.

Technical & Project Support

• Work closely with engineering teams to develop customized solution concepts.

• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and project planning.

• Support product customization based on customer requirements.

Project Coordination & Customer Support

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.

• Work with service teams to resolve post-installation issues.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and support.

Market Development

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Identify new product opportunities and recommend business improvements.

• Support product and solution development initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, or automation systems.
