Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for an experienced procurement and sourcing professional to develop and execute category sourcing strategies while managing key supplier relationships across the supplier lifecycle.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced procurement and sourcing professional to develop and execute category sourcing strategies while managing key supplier relationships across the supplier lifecycle. In this role, you will lead commercial negotiations, oversee supplier performance, identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure a resilient and reliable supply network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, support capacity planning, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong strategic sourcing and supplier management experience, with a proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements, optimise supplier performance, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or procurement. Candidates should have relevant industry knowledge and experience managing suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving supplier governance. Experience working in global, matrix-organised environments with cross-functional and international teams will be highly valued.
