Japanese Speaking Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the staffing needs of Japanese speaking clients based in Singapore.
• Understand clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media platform etc.
• Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for positions.
• Match the most suitable candidates to positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and clients.
• Developing new sources of business and relationship management with existing accounts.
• Other ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder
• Experience in HR/Recruitment/Sales
• Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking clients
