ROLE SUMMARY: Owns end-to-end module delivery, leads client workshops, drives solution architecture decisions, develops junior talent, and ensures project quality and timely delivery. Carries mandatory team leadership accountability.

KEY TASKS

  • Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. Competencies Required:

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + SKILLS)

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
