Examinations & Assessment Coordinator (Contract)

Manage the end-to-end assessment administration process across main, re-sit, deferred and supplementary examinations, quizzes, class tests and mid-terms for degree programmes delivered in partnership with overseas universities.

• Liaise with university partners, overseas partner campuses, vendors, internal/external stakeholders and invigilators on all assessment and exam administration matters, including managing confidential student and examination data across student and learning management systems

• Coordinate pre-assessment preparations: liaise with lecturers and module leaders on paper moderation, plan venues and invigilator deployment, maintain accurate exam schedules, and prepare materials for on-campus or online assessments

• Oversee exam-day operations for face-to-face and online exams, quizzes and class tests, ensuring invigilators follow correct procedures and handling academic misconduct or other on-the-day issues

• Manage post-assessment processes, including tracking marking timelines, coordinating post-moderation with academic faculty, and updating student graduation status in Examination Boards and the student management system

• Liaise with university partners on pre- and post-moderation, and prepare administrative materials for Examination Board meetings

• Process exam-related procurement and finance matters within set timelines

• Support new programme rollouts by attending briefings, planning first assessments, and working with stakeholders to define assessment processes, timelines and workflows

• Partner with academic and operations teams, coordinate with outsourced vendors on process monitoring, manage invigilator assignment for online/on-campus exams, and perform other duties as assigned
