Structural Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Coordinator to drive technical alignment and smooth execution across structural packages. In this role, you will bridge structural engineering designs with site implementation, coordinating closely with consultants and sub-contractors while verifying drawing compliance to ensure project milestones are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Multidisciplinary Coordination: Lead structural work coordination across engineering consultants, sub-contractors, and internal site teams to facilitate seamless site workflow and resolve structural clashes early.

Technical Verification & Drawing Review: Thoroughly evaluate structural engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to guarantee strict alignment with design requirements and buildability standards.

Site & Design Support: Assist site teams in clarifying structural details, managing structural material submittals, and ensuring site works proceed according to approved structural plans.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on structural coordination experience on commercial, residential, or industrial building projects with a main contractor.

Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with BIM / Revit modeling software is a strong advantage.

Solid technical understanding of reinforced concrete (RC), steel structures, and structural installation methodologies.

Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
