Contract type: Full time

Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;
Review tender clarifications and construction drawings.
Manage the project’s drawing schedule, to ensure timely issuance of drawings for construction
Address and resolve technical issues raised by the construction and consultant's teams.
To carry out inspection/trade demo/ material testing / mock up
To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Arch)
Ensure work activities are carried out in safe working environment.

Degree in Architectural or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in main-con, preferably in HDB project.
