Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Office Hours (Start Time: 9.00am)
  • Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and hospital guidelines.
  • Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential drug interactions.
  • Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of pharmacy records.
  • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medication safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support inventory management and ensure adequate medication stock levels.
  • Perform other pharmacy-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
  • Relevant experience in an outpatient or hospital pharmacy setting is preferred.
