Production Controller (Semiconductor)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Controller (Semiconductor) to manage production schedules, WIP, material planning and customer delivery in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage production schedules, WIP and material flow.
- Drive factory KPIs including throughput, cycle time and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production, identify bottlenecks and implement recovery plans.
- Manage inventory, MRP and demand planning.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet customer commitments.
- Prepare production reports and performance dashboards.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' semiconductor production planning/control experience.
- Strong knowledge of WIP, MRP, inventory and capacity planning.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Macros preferred).
- Good analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
