Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Morning Half-Day Shifts: 8.00am – 1.00pm / 8.30am – 1.30pm
  • Occasionally rostered to start as early as 7.30am

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform venepuncture and blood collection according to established procedures.
  • Correctly identify patients and label specimens accurately.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of blood specimens.
  • Monitor patients during and after blood collection to ensure their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of specimen collection.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to patients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
  • Comfortable performing blood collection independently.
  • Able to commit to morning half-day shifts, with flexibility to work full-day shifts when required.
