Document Control

Managed document control processes, including document review, scanning, uploading, filing, and version control.

Monitored company-wide training compliance and maintained training records and reports.

Coordinated document change requests, review, approval, and document management system updates.

Supported users with controlled documentation and quality management system (QMS) maintenance.

Compliance

Ensured compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements by maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).

Developed and updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.

Coordinated internal, supplier, and third-party audits, and managed equipment calibration activities.

Identified process gaps, implemented Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and drove continuous improvement initiatives.

Good Business English (including writing).

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas.

Proficient in communication skills, with ability to communicate with employees of all levels.

Good time management and good organization skills.

Critical thinking and decision making skills.
