Key Responsibilities

• Perform upstream bioprocessing activities in a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Support cell culture, media preparation, bioreactor operations, and process monitoring.
• Carry out aseptic operations while adhering to established quality and safety standards.
• Execute manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with process troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience in upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with upstream processing in laboratory, pilot, or commercial manufacturing environments.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience in aseptic techniques.
• Experience with large-scale bioprocessing will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices and production documentation is preferred.
