Warehouse Assistant (Part-time or Full-time)

Job Summary

You will support warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders, processing incoming goods, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack stock to fulfill orders (Kitting)
• Receive and process incoming goods to maintain smooth inventory flow
• Perform stock-in transactions and update inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct cycle counts and stock counts to verify inventory accuracy
• Enter data accurately into the WMS to support inventory tracking and reporting
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold 5S organizational standards
• Support daily warehouse and store operations to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist in preparing outgoing shipments for timely dispatch
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum N'/O' level qualifications
• 1-2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy to operate inventory systems
• Ability to read and speak simple English for effective communication
• Must be able to support overtime
• Possess Forklift license is an advantage
