Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and overseas agent enquiries.
  • Prepare import/export shipping documents (FCL, LCL, Air Freight & Cross Trade).
  • Arrange bookings, trucking and shipment coordination.
  • Process customs permits when required.
  • Liaise with carriers, customers and internal departments.
  • Support daily operations and administrative duties.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of freight forwarding/logistics experience
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, Portnet and Customs permits is an advantage.
