Facility Maintenance Engineer

Are you passionate about facilities management and building maintenance? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Facility Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team in managing industrial developments across Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of common areas, M&E systems and building services.
• Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Attend to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Manage and monitor contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of works.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, SCDF, MOM, NEA, PUB and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders and inspection records.
• Assist in budgeting, procurement and evaluation of maintenance quotations.
• Support the Facility Manager in day-to-day estate operations.
• Attend after-hours emergencies when required.
• Prepare to work night shift is a must
