Job Summary

Join Nexbridge Recruitment as a Freelance Recruiter to independently source, screen, and refer candidates for various roles, earning commission on successful placements with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for job opportunities using diverse channels including personal networks, social media, and referrals
• Share relevant job openings with candidates who match the role requirements
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate suitability based on job criteria
• Maintain ongoing communication with referred candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate with internal teams to update candidate progress and arrange interviews
• Refer qualified candidates who meet the specific requirements of available positions
• Manage your own schedule and work independently to achieve successful candidate placements

• CEI Certified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective candidate engagement
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to sourcing and networking
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships to expand candidate reach
• Results-oriented mindset focused on achieving placement targets
