Marketing Communications Specialist

Morgan McKinley is currently partnering with a client to appoint a Marketing Communications Specialist / Senior Specialist to join its Singapore team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing communications professional who is passionate about luxury branding, media, digital marketing and PR. You will play a key role in driving integrated marketing communications strategies, building strong media relationships, and creating impactful campaigns that elevate brand visibility across the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and maximise visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, publishers and key media partners to secure quality editorial coverage.
• Lead media planning across traditional, digital and social channels, ensuring campaigns deliver maximum impact and ROI.
• Drive influencer marketing initiatives, including talent identification, seeding, gifting and media trips to generate meaningful brand engagement.
• Manage external PR and media agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.
• Track campaign performance, monitor media investments and support budget management.
• Partner closely with regional and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communications

Key Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in PR, Media Relations, Communications or Marketing Communications.
• Strong network and experience working with media, press and influencers.
• Proven experience managing PR and media agencies while driving successful integrated campaigns.
• Background within luxury, fashion, beauty, jewellery or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
