Restaurant Executive

Support the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager in ensuring excellent service standards, operational efficiency, and a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing front-of-house activities including guest seating, reservations, and service flow. Ensure operations run efficiently and guests are attended to promptly.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally. Support staff in maintaining consistent service standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication, timely food delivery, and adherence to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Assist with tracking inventory, stock management, and proper storage. Help minimize wastage and support ordering as needed.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health regulations, as well as company SOPs.
• Assist in supervising and supporting junior staff, encouraging teamwork, accountability, and adherence to operational standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude, accountability, and a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in front-of-house operations in restaurants, cafes, or similar F&B settings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and guest engagement.
• Energetic, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
