This role is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting bunker activities to ensure timely and cost-effective fuel supply for vessels, while supporting physical bunkering operations and driving process improvements through the adoption of digital tools and automation solution

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform Planning/Scheduling for Bunker-to-Stem on a daily basis

Assist Sr Mgr in the daily Bunker Procurement for the Fleet

Consolidate Daily Reporting for Bunker Stemmed and track daily approvals by CEO for Bunker To Stem

Prepare Monthly Reporting for Inspections/Survey, Disputes Statistics Status

Support Sr Mgr in identifying and implementing Bunker Process Improvements using digital tools (e.g. Tableau, MS Flow/Power Automate, etc)

Support Bunker Ops team in the smooth coordination of Bunker Delivery Operations by taking on rostered weekly duty personnel role

Support Bunker Ops team in conducting Physical Inspection during Bunker Operations

Responsible for Freshwater Test/Analysis arrangements and follow-ups

Back-up for Garbage, Sludge Disposal and Freshwater Supply arrangements

Requirements

Diploma in Supply Chain, Marine Engineering + 5 years Maritime Experience ; or

Marine Engineering CoC 5 and abovce + shipboard bunkering experience

Good Excel Modelling and Data Analysis capabilties

Basic proficiency in MS Word and PPT

Procurement and supply chain knowledge
