Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Present and promote healthcare and pharmaceutical products through professional product detailing.
• Plan and manage daily sales activities to maximise customer engagement and business growth.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and provide product information to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory performance.
• Attend product training sessions and continuously enhance product and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Passion for sales, relationship management, and the healthcare industry.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Training and mentorship will be provided to support your professional development.
• Prior sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Participation in leadership, sports, volunteer, or co-curricular activities will be viewed positively as an indication of teamwork and initiative.
• Possession of personal transport is not required.
