Support preparation of cutover plans for country deployments and go-live activities across APAC countries
Coordinate hyper care activities following country go-live.
Facilitate daily and weekly hyper care meetings with country teams and key stakeholders
Coordinate the logging and tracking of system incidents, defects, and enhancement requests
Analyse support tickets, incidents, and deployment-related issues to identify trends and recurring problems
Support planning and coordination of device firmware upgrades across APAC locations
