We are seeking a responsible and service-driven Captain to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth restaurant operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the service team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and dining experience.
- Coordinate table assignments and staff deployment.
- Assist in training and guiding junior service staff.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or F&B supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
